  • From the moment I walked into Burgatory, I was greeted with genuine warmth by a team that clearly loves what they do. The positive, happy-go-lucky vibe among the staff was contagious—you could tell they worked well together and enjoyed being there. My waitress recommended a brand-new menu item that had just launched the day before, and she sold it with such enthusiasm that I had to try it. I'm so glad I did—the meal was absolutely delicious. When it came time for dessert, she pointed out the large cookie sundae, and it was a showstopper. The cookie was perfectly warm, the ice cream melty in the best way, and the presentation was phenomenal. My server was knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and incredibly attentive throughout the visit. Ten out of ten—highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!!!

  • Went on a weekday. The staff was attentive and lovely, even apologizing for things that were not even a problem. The burgers were well crafted as always. I had to eat my Take 5 milkshake with a spoon there were so many bits in it. You spend the same amount of money elsewhere and get lesser quality and atmosphere. Spend it here, leave a good tip, and walk out satisfied instead of wanting.

  • So grateful for the employees here! I wanted to take a burger 3hrs to home for my husband. They completely deconstructed it for me for the road! So nice and friendly. Thank you!!

  • The food was fire!!! The milkshakes were incredible. I didn't mind this at all, but if you plan to eat here, it dies take a while. We were a party of three, and we were there for a solid hour and 15. Plan for it to be a bit of a wait for your food, it was worth it! I'd way prefer this to a stupid Crapplebees, or other chain! Highly suggest this place!

  • I actually went to this location when it was the only one and the now expanded franchise was just getting off the ground. After years and a ton of growth into an area institution, I went with my wife and son for lunch on a holiday Monday, and had a nice time overall. The specialization is obviously burgers, with the ability to create your own being a linchpin. My wife and I both chose that option, and enjoyed our choices, though I do feel the total quality (especially for the price) has diminished a but as the franchise has grown. But it's still a good burger, with pleasant and attentive staff and an atmosphere that feels comfortable. Worth a stop if you're in the area and craving a burger with creativity.

  • If you're looking for a burger, go to mcdonalds. If you're looking for a Burger Elevated, this is the place. They have more options than you have sense to pick them. They always cook the burger exactly how you want it. The aides are outstanding and their shakes are definitely heavenly. Oh, and the staff is amazing. Always friendly, upbeat and smiling. They know you're going to love the food, and it shows.

  • First off, the burgers are HUGE. If you can finish one, good luck staying awake. We came in a group of 5 on a Monday for lunch, fairly empty. Our server (Elijah?) was so nice and super attentive. The onion rings are phenomenal. One plate comes with 5-6 LARGE onion rings. The burgers are delicious and so are the fries. I was thoroughly impressed.
